First thing’s first — let’s discover the issue. What notice did you get from Amazon? Did you even get one? Often we have to interpret ambiguous messages from Amazon.

Sometimes this is obvious and other times it is not. We may need to dig into account metrics, order reports, feedback, reviews, etc. to find the triggering issue.
